All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. We strive to ensure pricing is accurate but reserve the right to correct errors.

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Our maximum liability is limited to the total purchase price of the products ordered.

Shipping
Express delivery will be dispatched by the next business day. Express post parcels are usually delivered within 1-3 days of dispatch to metro areas and 2-4 days to regional locations, although remote areas can be up to 7 business days.
Premium Incense is not responsible for any lost / stolen packages or clients provided wrong delivery addresses once shipped from our facility. Please contact us and the shipping carrier directly.
Return and Refunds
Due to the nature of our delicate incense sticks and Incense holders we do not offer refunds or exchanges on purchases for change of mind.
We are happy to provide a refund or exchange for faulty items. Any refund given is for the original value via the original payment method at the time of purchase. Please contact us hello@premiumincense.com.au as we want to ensure you this is rectified as soon as possible.
Refunds may take up to 72 hours to be processed once the returned goods are received and may be subject to bank processing times which are out of the control of Premium Incense. Please make sure you email us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make the necessary arrangements.
